We are hiring Experienced Architect Positions:

 

Experienced Architects with RIBA Stage 4-7 Experience:

We are looking for Experienced architects with specific experience on later RIBA stages delivering high-rise residential projects in the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a project team on both design and technical stages
  • Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Lead packages as required
  • Report to and collaborate with our principal and senior staff to review progress
  • Prepare and deliver project outputs per the brief, schedule and resource plan
  • Present and communicate ideas to clients, collaborators, and staff
  • Review, comment on, and coordinate input from all stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Progress and develop project designs collaboratively, ensuring quality, consistency and completeness of all ABA documentation

 

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience Post Part 3
  • Expertise and awareness of UK regulations and fire safety standards, including Safety Act and CDM
  • Excellent technical knowledge of construction systems
  • Understanding of cost and carbon impact of materials and systems
  • Experience delivering later RIBA stages through to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience delivering complex Revit/BIM Level 2 projects
  • Experience leading or working in teams across project stages
  • Excellent organization, time management, and versatility
  • Strong attention to detail

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect
  • UK project delivery experience

 

You will be based at our Highgate Studios office in London but may be required to travel as necessary. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with ability and experience.
